English language proficiency is crucial in every country with fast economic growth. International workplaces are drawn to Cambodia and offer stable work conditions, high salaries, and great opportunities to catalyze promising careers.
Therefore, Thomlang – Cambodian Youth Support encourages students, who strive to work for international employers, to enroll in English language programs that reward students with language certificates.
Ratana is a 19-year-old student on the path to becoming a doctor. In order to be able to communicate with patients regardless of their nationality, she was motivated to enroll in the Australian Center for Education, one of Phnom Penh’s best English language schools.

Hello! My name is Ratana.
I’m 19 years old and I study Medicine at International University.
I really wanted to study English at ACE. At the moment, I think that my English skills are very low but this language is very important. The Australian Center for Education is one of the best schools in Cambodia, there are many foreign teachers with a lot of experience, great teaching skills, and a good teaching program. I selected this school because I wish to develop my communication skills and I want to speak English professionally. It will be very important for my future. I found that ACE is the best choice for me, I really like it.

ACE students receive a language certificate upon completion of 12 language levels. Ratana is currently in level 4 and will continue to receive our support until graduation, which will be in approximately 2,5 years.
